Festival of moquecas, pastas and risottos in Florianópolis

The arrival of autumn calls for light and special recipes. Therefore, Restaurante Restinga is holding a Moqueca, Risotto, and Pasta Festival on May 22nd (Friday) starting at 19:30 PM. The price is R$ 98 per person.

A success of flavors and delights, it features appetizers of crab broth, salmon pâté, and eggplant with toast.

Among the moquecas offered at the tasting are: seafood, fish (grouper), clams, and vegan. The risottos are available in seafood and mushroom (vegetarian) flavors. There will also be crab gnocchi and seafood spaghetti.

In addition to moquecas and risottos, there will also be a salad buffet, farofa de dendê (a type of toasted cassava flour dish with palm oil), Greek rice, and potatoes. And to sweeten the meal, dessert will also be included.

In addition to enjoying seafood, the restaurant offers a complete experience, with live music and a cultural presentation of the Boi de Mamão (a traditional folk dance), as well as beautiful scenery. There will also be wine tastings.

O Restinga Restaurant It is a traditional space in Florianópolis, which rescues regional culture and folklore. Known for its Azorean roots, it is located facing the sea, in Sambaqui Beach.
