Perseo 1898, a restaurant with Italian-Gaucho DNA and a fiery spirit, located on the first floor of Viva Empreendimento Hall (rooms 16 and 17), in the Trindade neighborhood, has new items on its menu.
Starting this Saturday, November 01nd, A menu will be launched for sharing with friends and family on weekends.
The new menu combines the flavors of Tuscan cuisine and the traditions of the Serra Gaúcha region with the signature touch of the chef from Rio Grande do Sul. Enio Valli, award-winning and with extensive experience, who has previously worked with Francis Mallmann in Argentina.
Weekend menu
There are three dishes to share, served with an appetizer and side dishes that vary each week.
The main dishes are Galleto al primo canto (R$179 for two people) and Bistecca di angus (R$299 for two people).
There is also the option of combining both meats (R$379 for three people), a complete celebration of grilled dishes.

Weekday options
From Monday to Friday, from 11:30 am to 15 pm (except holidays), the restaurant also offers the Executive Menu (R$89) with appetizer, main course and dessert or coffee.
On the menu is the "almost" Spaghetti alla carbonara, with egg cream, smoked pancetta, grana padano and black pepper.
There is also the Brasato di manzo al tannat con polenta, a Gaucho Angus beef cooked in a wood-fired oven for 24 hours and served with creamy polenta.
Among the dessert options is Tiramisu, with layers of biscuits soaked in coffee, light fresh cream, and cocoa.
In addition, there is the option of the Weekly Special (R$89), a chef's suggestion that comes with a glass of wine and varies weekly. It is served at lunch and dinner.
Other options on the menu
For those seeking variety, there is also the "Confidência" tasting menu for R$ 320, which has 8 courses, and a kids' menu for children.
