To mark the beginning of the most flowery season of the year, the 5th Spring in Dance event takes place this Saturday, September 21st, starting at 17:30 pm.

The event, which has free entry, takes place at Jurerê Open, an open-air shopping mall in Jurerê In, in Florianópolis.

Powered by Marina Morena Dance Studio, will feature the participation of 12 studios and regular schools from Florianópolis, which will make 46 presentations.

Around 400 students of various ages will take to the stage to delight the audience with a wide variety of dance styles. Styles include jazz, urban, children's, baby, free, ballroom, ballet, tango, flamenco and contemporary.

Weekend schedule

The weekend at Jurerê Open will also have four musical performances. On Friday, day 20, by 17:30pm to 20:30pm, There will be a Samba Circle with Rodrigo Real, on Platform 2.

On Saturday, the 21st, there will be a lot of MPB and pop with Marcello Dornelles, from 19pm to 21pm, on Plataforma 2.

On Sunday, the 22nd, there will be Alice Acoustic Music with a lot of national and international pop, on Platform 2, and samba with Pietro (Sunday), on Platform 1.

Also, to complete the program, there will be a yoga class on Platform 2.

All activities are held outdoors and admission is free. The space is pet friendly and has several dining and leisure options.
