A Cia Jovem Bolshoi Brasil presents Balé Carmem at Teatro Ademir Rosa (CIC), in the Agronômica neighborhood, in Florianópolis.
O spectacle takes place on March 15th (Friday), with a single session at 20pm, lasting 60 minutes. The rating is for people over 12 years old.
The work brings a complex and profound vision of the internal contracts of life. It shows the freedom to accept and fulfill one's destiny, based on one's own instinct and not on abstract idealism. It also personifies the struggle between desire and responsibility.
In this way, the spectacle reflects on the limits of reason and instinct. The choreography is done by William Almeida, inspired by the work Prosper Mérimée and driven by the music of Georges Bizet.
