This Friday, 05 July, Starting at 20h, No. Multi Open Shopping, there will be a show Loano train station in honor of trumpeter and composer Miles Davis, a jazz phenomenon who was elected by Rolling Stone as "the man who changed music"

The protagonists of the night will be the musicians Gabriel Barbalho (trumpeter), Elio Lorenzo (saxophonist), Edilson Fortes (pianist), Bruno Braga (drummer) and Tiê Pereira (double bass player), who will bring a show to the South of the Island.

The show is part of the Tournée AF project of the French Alliance of Florianópolis, through the Culture Incentive Program of the Government of Santa Catarina, and has already toured several cities in the State and now passes through Florianópolis. The event classification is free for all audiences.

The event features different phases of the artist, such as bepop and hard bop, in the 1950s and 19660s, jazz fusion in the 1970s and 1980s, in addition to jazz rock. It also features the repertoire of the Miles Davis Quintet, a quintet in which he was part, along with John Coltrane, another jazz icon.
