Starting in the winter season, the Emporium Jazz has a menu signed by Marcos Marchezan, Henrique Rocha, Fabio Rios, Guto Fröhlick e Walter Maia Junior, who are cooks Gourmeria Floripa. The special menu has, as a starter, mullet roe in parma crust and lemon zest, in addition to shredded ribs with caramelized onions in baguette au levain; it is served as a main course Irish stew pie (Dutch lamb pie) and feijoada de frus do mar; for dessert there is tiramisu. Performing at the event, he has Susana Steil playing a varied repertoire, from MPB classics, national and international pop, soul and samba.
