O Itaguaçu Project + Music Bringing the talented Liza Maria to the food court stages of Shopping Itaguaçu this weekend. The singer and instrumentalist is known for her striking presence and the charisma with which she interprets classics of samba and MPB (Brazilian Popular Music). The performances will take place on November 15th and 16th at the Food Court on Level L1 on Saturday and on Level L2 on Sunday.
With a repertoire that blends tradition and contemporary elements, the singer promises to captivate the audience with songs that celebrate Brazilian culture and the lightheartedness of good samba gatherings. Liza Maria is a singer, music educator, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. Among her performances, the show "Meu Brasil, Brasileiro" stands out, bringing to the public Samba do Beco das Garrafas, Afrosamba, Clube da Esquina, and music from the pampas in a poetic mix that exalts culture, struggles, religiosity, and love.
The project is an initiative of Shopping Itaguaçu to promote local artists and make weekends even more enjoyable for those visiting the mall. Each edition invites the public to experience unique moments listening to musicians who represent the best of the Santa Catarina music scene.
