O Sounds in da City returns to the streets of the Santa Catarina capital this Sunday (24), in the last edition of the current season of the project, with the presence of the duo THE TWINS. The event, which is free and open to the public, takes place at the Beira-Mar Continental park in Estreito, starting at 14 pm.
Featured in the lineup, THE TWINSThe duo, formed by brothers Otávio and Gustavo Pandolfo, are some of the most important and influential representatives of urban art in the world. Their works are marked by the famous yellow-skinned characters that inhabit giant murals, buildings, trains, art galleries, and museums in various countries.
Even with their focus on art, music has always been present in the brothers' journey, with thousands of records and musical instruments coexisting within the duo's studio, alongside canvases and paints. In this project as DJs, they mix electro, freestyle, hip-hop, boogie, and house, collected over decades from all over the world. The lineup is completed by DJs Allen Rosa, Felipe Martins, Glazer, Kika Deeke, Ana Cayres, and Leo Mafra.
Sounds in da City is a cultural project carried out through the Cultural Incentive Program (PIC) of the Government of the State of Santa Catarina, approved by the Santa Catarina Cultural Foundation, and supported by Corona.
