The third edition of the project Badesc Musical Foundation, an initiative that aims to value and give visibility to artists, bands and singers from Santa Catarina, will be held on Saturday, October 18, in the external area of Badesc Cultural Foundation. Presentations are free and start at 17:30 pm.
This year, the Public Call received 98 submissions from artists from various regions of the state. Of these, three proposals were selected by the curators. Jean Mafra e Rafael Calegari, who sought aesthetic diversity, artistic quality and representation in the Santa Catarina music scene.
Those selected for the 2025 edition are the duo formed by the musicians Merry Correa e Josias Pimentel, the singer flower anise and the singer nalu. All will present original works with a strong poetic and musical identity.
Each performance will last 40 minutes, providing the audience with an immersive experience in local contemporary art. In the event of rain, the event will be rescheduled, with a new date announced on the Foundation's official channels.
In addition to the musical stage, the public will be able to enjoy and visit the four exhibitions on display.
