The month of March marks the return of Sunday with Theater ao Villa Romana ShoppingConsolidated in the cultural programming of the complex, the project returns to Cinesystem, 2nd floor, with free, accessible shows designed for the whole family, always at 11:30 am.
Starting in 2026, the initiative will have a bi-weekly format, with presentations on two Sundays per month, reinforcing Villa Romana Shopping's commitment to offering permanent and inclusive cultural experiences to the public. All sessions include sign language interpretation.
The program begins on March 8th with “The grasshopper and the ant", by Loki Produções Artísticas. In a musical theater format, the storytelling is especially geared towards young children and features songs, movement, and audience interaction. In a playful and educational way, the show addresses friendship, cooperation, and the balance between fun and responsibility."
The project is sponsored by the Municipality of Florianópolis, the Department of Culture, Sport and Leisure, and the Franklin Cascaes Cultural Foundation of Florianópolis, through Municipal Law for Cultural Incentive No. 3659/91. It has cultural support from Villa Romana Shopping and Cinesystem, with general coordination by Marte Cultural.
