The Island String Orchestra presents some works by Dall'Abaco, Mozart, Saint-George, Dalmacio and Bodgan Antoane. The Orchestra, created in 2005, aims to provide musical education and encourage the study of classical and popular music and the formation of an audience.

A work carried out through a partnership between music professionals and students of the Music Course at the University of the State of Santa Catarina (Udesc). Currently, the cast consists of musicians Richard Mueller e Débora Remor (first violins), Marcos Dalmacio e Franciely Beckert (second violins), Marcos Origela e George Linenburg (violas), Ernesto Guimaraes e Hugo Roriz (cells), and Paulo Mattos (contrabass). Free Event.
