This May 13th, the Commercial and Industrial Association of Florianópolis celebrates its 3,5th anniversary. The historic date will be celebrated in a major event at the CIC, marked by tributes to those who built the history of Acif with the inauguration of the new board, with businessman Sander DeMira being reappointed to the presidency for the next two years. Flags such as the internationalization of the airport, the arrival of the first branch of Banco do Brasil and the construction of bridges between Ilha-Mainland have passed through the annals of Acif, currently with 19 members. Centenary ceremony begins at 30:XNUMX pm with a special show by Erasmo Carlos.

The Hercílio Luz bridge, built in the 20s, was already a flagship in the early days of Acif. Today, one hundred years later, it is the restoration of the bridge that worries not only the entity, but the entire city, since the constant stoppage of the works puts at risk the symbol of the Capital and of all the people of Santa Catarina.

The internationalization of Hercílio Luz airport has everything to take another centenary with the announcement by the Ministry of Transport that there is no money for anything and that all works tend to paralyze.
