On Saturday (22), the center of Florianópolis will be invaded by a festive atmosphere with the Fanfarra da Ponte, which will bring lots of music, joy and colors to the city streets with its procession and pre-Carnival festival. The event promises to bring together revelers full of energy to celebrate the most lively season of the year.

The event begins at 9 am, with people gathering at the head of the Hercílio Luz Bridge, near Parque da Luz. At 10 am, the procession heads towards Centro Leste, transforming the route into a true open-air party. The organizers invite the public to dress up in fancy dress.

Starting at noon, the excitement continues on the corner of Victor Meirelles and Nunes Machado streets, where the Fanfare Festival will bring a diverse and rhythmic program. In addition to the city's most beloved Fanfare, the event will feature performances by the collective Amor, Purpurina and Sacanagi, as well as DJs Sttar, Barbarella and Chong.

The musical highlight is the show “O Carnaval de Elba Ramalho”, led by Júlia Rolim and her band, as well as the lively Samba da Antonieta, with a special carnival repertoire. To end the day in style, the Baile do Faraó promises to get everyone dancing to the sounds of DJs Mon-rá and Noggbeats.

The event is supported by the Bugio and Camaleão collectives and is an excellent opportunity for those who want to enjoy the pre-carnival with lots of music and fun in the heart of the city.
