Pre-Carnival 2026 kicks off on Beira-Mar do Estreito this January 31st, with the Eva bloco (two sections, one with and one without open bar) + Pipoca do Xanddy Harmonia (free, on the street, open to the public and following the trio). The event starts at 13 PM and is for those 18 years and older.
