Set in a romantic style, the restaurant LeRose, in the Center of Florianópolis, there will be a special menu of Valentine's Day, on June 12th (Wednesday).
Dinner will be served in seven portions, starting with crispy vegetables with uvaia ponzu. Next, the seared scallops with caramelized onion petals and truffle sesame sauce.
There will also be crispy octopus, green fruit ceviche and ginger crispy, as well as mille feuille with beef rib ragout.
In a fifth moment, white fish in parsley crust, vegetable spaghetti and al'ancienne mustard emulsion will be served. In the sixth moment, there will be mignon and demi-glace sauce, cream and crispy leeks.
To conclude, dessert will be served on the seventh stage, which is a Belgian chocolate and fleur de sel tart with rose anglaise cream.
The first menu, including 3 wine labels, costs R$600 per couple, the menu without pairing costs R$ 490 per couple.
