Course - Knife Sharpening

Since the knife is an extension of the cook's hands, it is essential to understand how it works. The knife sharpening course seeks to show the correct angles and positions, which can damage the edge and even the knife itself.

The course is taught by the master knifesmith Peter Hammer, that for at least 26 years has been dedicated to the art of producing knives in a minimalist and artisanal way.
