The teacher Elisa Schmidt, graduated in Art Education from UDESC, is the one who teaches the course, which focuses, in a very light way, on the experience of exercises to remove gestures from automatism, with the intention of preventing future injuries and aging. The class builds parameters on motor organization, combining exercises from different schools of psychomotricity, such as the method of reeducation by Ivaldo Bertazzo.
