Sushi and Sashimi Course

Sushi and Sashimi are two of the most classic dishes in Japanese cuisine, being easily remembered as the most consumed. The difference is established as Sushi being the rice roll and stuffed with fish and Sashimi being the flake of fish covering the rice ball. The course brings the participant contents such as the recognition of fish suitable for Sushi; cleaning, cutting and storage; handling and preparation; preparation of inputs; product identification; rice preparation; preparing the sauces and assembling the dishes.
