The sweetest fair in the state is back! From June 04th to 07th, the 24th Santa Catarina State Honey Fair will take place, featuring only Santa Catarina products.

The event takes place on Largo da Alfândega, in the center of Florianópolis. More than 55 brands of honey will be distributed in 35 stands, with more than 300 producers represented.

Opening hours are from Wednesday to Friday, 08:19 to XNUMX:XNUMX, and in Saturday, 08h at 16h. The input is Free. Delivery is estimated within XNUMX hours from taking charge of the order by the courier.

Among the products sold are honey, propolis, cookies, cosmetics and much more.

Agenda

Firstly, some new products are arriving at the fair, such as Tanjá, a can of carbonated mead made with tangerine and ginger, as well as honey with nuts.

There will also be a gastronomic workshop on recipes with honey, with chef Edu Bacon, from Santa Catarina who participated in Masterchef Brasil; a mead production workshop, with Néctar Hidromel and guided tasting of Santa Catarina honeys.

There will also be an exhibition of stingless bee hives, a workshop on decorating handmade cookies, and a lecture by UFSC on how to identify fake honey.

Also worth mentioning is the raffle for a basket with products from the fair and a hive of stingless bees, a technical visit guided by agronomists from Epagri, for schools and fairgoers and the distribution of seedlings of native plants.

Likewise, there is an exhibition of work developed in the state with beekeeping and meliponiculturism.

This year, the fair is even bigger, with a 60-meter structure, 10 more than in 2024, providing more space for exhibitors and comfort for the public.
