Cine Paredão Project exhibits the film The Man Who Became Juice

The project Cinema Paredão Its purpose is to socialize, exchange and expand various audiovisual manifestations, seeking alternative and/or independent productions, which allow us to think and reflect on cinema as an art in constant modification, passing through different perspectives, times and places around the world.

Held outdoors, under the moonlight and stars, the sessions take place weekly on Fridays on the lawn outside the CED (or in the CFH Mini Auditorium, in case of rain). The film shown this time is The Man Who Became Juice, from 1981, directed by João Batista de Andrade.

Synopsis of the film: A popular poet from the Northeast arrives in São Paulo, surviving only on his poetry and strings.
However, his life changes when he is mistaken for a multinational worker who killed the
boss at a party.
