The mullet season has arrived and, with that, the hotel restaurants in Praia dos Ingleses (North Coast, Porto do Sol, Slavieiro and Oceania) are promoting the 1st Tainha Circuit, which starts on the 1st of June and continues until the 31st of July, with the most varied dishes based on the famous fish from the south of Brazil.
In this first edition, each hotel will offer a different dish of mullet and it will be served in the hotels' restaurants, which are open to the public, at lunch and dinner.
The menu of Canto do Mar restaurant (Hotel Costa Norte Ingleses) will have Mullet the North Coast (Grilled mullet fillet in béchamel sauce with shrimp and mushrooms. The dish comes with banana farofa, white rice and sautéed potatoes).
