Academics and professors from UFSC will gather at this event, which aims to popularize highly scientific topics in a clear and dynamic way for the entire population.
Brain Week, which is part of Brain Awareness Week, will have several activities for lay people, including children. During these days, various activities including lectures, exhibitions and films will take place, with the differential of bringing attractions also for children, such as games, a special space to visualize the brain, in addition to paintings. Young people and adults can learn about this important organ with explanatory panels, tutorials, as well as books and images with more targeted knowledge.
