To samba-rock lovers, a warning: marelua brings together friends this Friday to celebrate the band's 10th anniversary – formed by musicians who were already active in the Florianopolitan music scene. Leo Vieira, vocalist and composer, is the creator of the project that also brings: Henrique Soares, Neto Fernandes, Nilinho Adriano, Dido da Cuíca, Rafael Leandro, Thiago Grando, Uilian Pimenta, Jean Carlos, Carlão, Rafael Thiesen.
The band proposes to make the true and pure samba rock, seeking to rescue the roots of this movement and thus awaken the interest in dance, little remembered nowadays. The band's influences are diverse and from different sources, but always respecting the sambalanço language, maintaining a strong and characteristic identity.
Music, Gastronomy and Art. These are the pillars of the house that seeks multiculture and the transversality of the arts. The aim is to renew the idea of bar food, without losing practicality. Decoration is a different case: it seeks order in disorder, as well as disorder in order. Casa de Noca can work with poetry, visual arts, theater, circus or any artistic manifestation that the place supports.
