Energetic interventions and a contagious balance are virtues of Brass Groove Brazil. The ensemble welcomes the singer Mercia Maruk to interpret classics of Brazilian groove and swing immortalized in the voices of Tim Maia, Paula Lima, Wilson Simonal, Sandra de Sá, Black Rio and Elza Soares.
A Brass Groove Brazil emerged with the aim of highlighting the wind instruments as the main soloists of a different musical proposal. Today, the group rocks the Santa Catarina instrumental scene and is one of the few brass bands, or metal bands, active in Brazil.
