The classic pre-New Year's edition of Noca's house present the incomparable Tim Maya e Jorge Ben Jo, in a special Noca Outside the House that takes place in the bar and restaurant Atôa na Jôa, located on the seafront of Joaquina beach.
The consecrated Tim Maya is honored, in the evening, by the singer, songwriter and guitarist Gustavo Barreto and by the band Soul Session Big Band. Gustavo is a forerunner of Funk/Soul in the city and has played alongside important artists such as Paulinho Moska and Luiz Meira. already the Soul Session Big Band is a union of all that is good in terms of soul: Anderson Beard (Smoking Beats and Caricas) on Bass, André FM on Battery, Buiu Modanezi on percussion, William Franklin Ritta on keyboards, Jean Carlos (Brass Groove Brasil) on Trumpet, Eduardo Palhoça (Aquidasplanta and Jazz na Cova) at Trombone and Gabriel Fortunato on sax and flute.
Samba and rock Jorge Ben, in turn, could not be better interpreted than by the group marelua, which brings a lot of energy and balance to the stage with the most accurate mix of Brazilian sambarock and wind instruments. The band has recorded two albums and a DVD released in just two years of career.
