For ten years invading the streets and celebrating Brazil, the Brazil Flavor Festival will make the Brazilian gastronomy party. In Florianópolis, each participating restaurant will prepare a dish based on the "food of the place", being a unique way of making gastronomy, valuing the typical ingredients of each region. The price of the Festival dishes is different, ranging from 30 to 50% off for each participant.
One of the most traditional oriental restaurants in the city brings a surprising combination of flavors to the Festival. O Sushi Yama presents the chicken yakibifum: a loose and light gluten-free bifum noodles, which comes with delicious grilled chicken and a colorful variety of flavors. It's to end it all (and ask for much more!)
