O Oyster Bar Parish is officially registered in the gastronomic festival Brazil Flavor Santa Catarina 2021, which runs from May 13 to June 10. During the event, which is a celebration of gastronomic diversity, dishes can be tried in the restaurants themselves, following all safety protocols, or at home, asking for delivered.
Thus, the restaurant specializing in seafood will be serving: Funghi Secchi Tagliatelle with Sautéed Oysters and Confit Tomatoes, with a special offer.
The initiative
Try new flavors at the festival Brazil Flavor is to immerse yourself in our culture, essential to create unique experiences. In this way, the celebration arrives in its 15th edition with an eye on the 3 S's of success: health, taste and safety. Each restaurant created a special recipe for the event inspired by techniques, spices and ingredients from their region.
