In six hours, 120 Portuguese wines will be available to professionals and consumers in Florianópolis. Promoted by Vinhos de Portugal, the event will have 18 producers present to show all the diversity of labels made in the main wine producing regions in Portugal.
The test starts at 16:20 for professionals. From 16:17, the event is open to consumers. A technical lecture harmonized with typical delicacies of the region, given by journalist and wine critics João Lombardo, will take place from 30 pm to XNUMX pm for professionals in the sector, with limited spaces (XNUMX).
With more than 250 autochthonous varieties identified, the promotion of Wines of Portugal focuses its dissemination on 10 grapes that constitute the flags of Portuguese labels around the world: among the reds, Touriga Nacional, Aragonez/Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira/Tinta Amarela, Castelão and Baga; and the white Alvarinho, Arinto, Fernão Pires/Maria Gomes and Encruzado.
