The closing Menu Summer 2018 of Cenarium Escola de Dança is specially made with a trail in Naufragados with yoga and Bailinho ao Mare.
Departure for the trail is at Cenarium at 8 am. Return to the starting point is at 18:30. Arriving in Naufragados, around 11 am there is a yoga practice with the teacher Elisa Schmidt, at 12pm there is a collective picnic, at 14pm there is the Bailinho ao Mare, full of joy and games with the teachers from the Cenarium creative team;
For the trail, which has a difficulty rating beginner (with few moments of ascent), it is interesting to bring a sarong, towel and bathing suit, as well as drinks and food to share at the picnic and sunscreen.
