An invitation to delve into the archetypal energies and sacred symbolism of the Orixás' dances. The choreographer and instructor Rosangela Silvestre will lead a journey of inspiration and discovery of expression, exploring how traditional rhythms, archetypes, and stories inspire the body to dance and ancestral memory in Afro-Brazilian arts. The class explores the relationship of these energies with the elements of nature (Earth, Water, Air, and Fire).
