Trying to reveal the secrets of Amityville, a young journalist (Jennifer Jason Leigh) decides to do a story to shed light on past events. For that, she goes to the place accompanied by priests, other journalists and investigators of paranormal activities. However, suddenly the ancient phenomena reoccur and terrorize the lives of local residents.
