Mona has always dreamed of being an actress. Shortly after leaving the Conservatory, she has a bright future ahead of her, but it's her younger sister Sam who soon becomes a famous actress. With no resources, Mona is forced to live with Sam, who, weakened by a difficult filming, proposes that Mona become his assistant. Gradually, Sam is neglecting her roles as actress, wife and mother and ends up losing herself. So, Mona believes she should get hold of the papers that Sam abandons.
