Manhee works as a film agent. However, she is fired by her boss without explanation. Claire is a music teacher whose passion is to immortalize moments with photographs taken with her Polaroid camera. The two meet by chance during the Cannes Film Festival and develop an almost instant friendship. Through Claire's photographs, small details about their lives begin to be revealed.
