A New York detective is given a complex challenge at work: he needs to find and arrest a police killer who is on the loose in the city. Carrying out the criminal's arrest would imply regaining the honor he lost during some poorly performed tasks in recent years. However, the further he progresses in the investigation, the more he realizes that the murders are a conspiracy between criminals and members of their own ranks.
