Years after the “Sixty Minute War”, the Earth is destroyed and to survive cities move on giant wheels, known as Traction Cities, fighting with others to obtain more natural resources. When London is involved in an attack, Tom is thrown out of the city along with an outlaw and the two together must fight to survive and still face a threat that puts life on the planet at risk.
