Born in Florianópolis, Denise Alves has been a Yoga practitioner for over 16 years, with experience in different Yoga methods, such as Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga for pregnant women, Restorative Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yogalates, among others, which had the opportunity to get to know him in his hometown and in countries where he has been, such as Ecuador, Peru, Mexico and Costa Rica.
Graduated in Hatha Yoga with professor Tales Nunes (Yoga Life), she has in-depth courses in Chakras and the study of the Yoga Sutras, both taught by Tales, in addition to Yoga Training for Children and Adolescents, with professor Cris Pitanga.
Offers private or group classes for children, teenagers and adults. She currently leads regular Hatha Yoga classes at the Namaskar studio in the UK.
