Following a partnership between Caixa and Correios, the Continente Park Shopping Lottery will receive a new parcel collection point. The new feature is part of an initiative to expand the population's access to postal services, and will allow customers to send and collect parcels directly at the lottery, without having to go to a post office.

To send a package, the customer must use the Correios app to register the order information, make the payment and then take the package to the Continente Shopping lottery shop to post it. To receive the package, simply select the lottery shop as the pick-up point when making the purchase or at the time of sending. As soon as the package arrives, the recipient will be informed to pick it up at the location.

According to the marketing manager of Continente Shopping, Fábio Quintana, this partnership will make life easier for customers by integrating yet another important service into the development. “Our idea is for Continente Shopping to increasingly establish itself as a convenience center for local residents. With the postal service inside the lottery shop, people can resolve everything in one place, in a practical and agile manner,” he says.

This initiative is part of a broader collaboration project between Caixa Econômica Federal and the Brazilian Post Office, which aims to integrate banking and postal services in common spaces, facilitating the population's access to essential services, especially in areas with less coverage. The Continente Shopping lottery is now part of a network of collection points that is being expanded throughout Brazil.
