With the aim of making the first lunch of the year special, the Lindacap Restaurant prepared a special menu for the 1st of January 2019. Among the hot dishes for lunch are: lentil soup, roast suckling pig, filet mignon strognoff, filet with wood sauce, shrimp stroganoff, stuffed mallard, rondelli 4 cheeses, salmon with passion fruit sauce, conch with sugo sauce, seafood, grilled congo with capers sauce. Salads: mango salad, house salad, Russian, Mexican, Chilean, greens, and much more. The garnishes are: red cabbage, breaded fruit, white rice, Greek rice, sour potato, potato straw, noodles and sweet and salty farofas. Various desserts are served. The sauces are: vinaigrette and tartar. In addition, they have cold dishes: cheeses and salami.
