To celebrate the turn of the year from 2018 to 2019 with a lot of flavor and warmth, seeking happiness, Lindacap Restaurant offers the Special New Year's Dinner Buffet, on the last night of 2018. Among the hot savory options are: breaded shrimp, cod, neyburg shrimp, suckling pig, stuffed mallard, whole roasted fish, grilled congo with meatballs, salmon with passion fruit sauce, filet mignon with wood sauce, roasted ham, roundli with bechamel sauce, grilled picanha, tongue soaked with peas, lentil soup and breaded loin. The salads are: mango salad, Russian, homemade, Mexican, Chilean, greens, assorted, traditional mayonnaise, salpicão and shrimp mayonnaise. Among the cold cuts are served: tender, gorgonzola cheese, brie cheese, parmesan cheese, provolone cheese and Italian salami. As a sauce, tartar sauce and vinaigrette are available. The garnishes are: white rice, Piedmontese rice, soute potato, straw potato, red cabbage, breaded fruit, noodles and sweet and salty farofas. In addition, various desserts are served. The night is lulled by the sounds of live music. With more than 52 years of existence, the Lindacap Restaurant can be considered a heritage of the city.
