O Splendor High Impact Living Experience already has a date set to take place this year. With 40 hours of introspection, self-knowledge and transformation, the program addresses the four elementsDuring four days and so the participants receive an opportunity to recognize themselves in order to renew their life projects, align them with the soul and transform their destiny. The program is focused on personal development, with a group of professionals responsible for improving the areas of nutrition, career planning, inner balance, quality of life, body awareness and the definition of an individual's personal purpose. In addition to strengthening the individual through the recognition of their fears and insecurities and realigning their dreams and goals, the event uses methods and techniques from areas for personal evolution and experiences. The first day, Element earth, is aimed at the Physical Field, with meditation on protection and prosperity and exercises in the area of nutrition. On the second day, the air element, Work as Mental Field, with lectures on the benefits of meditation and the connection between body, mind and food. The third day addresses the Emotional Field to Water element, through lectures on Self Love and Fire Ceremony and Luau. The program ends by addressing the fourth element, the Fogo, as Campoule of splendor, which features Momento Esplendor and classes on freedom and lightness.
