O Franklin Bar, one of the charming bars in the Historic Center of Florianópolis, in partnership with the Santa Catarina brewery Dom Haus, presents a special menu with four drinks made with beer. During the month of October, the options are part of the 2nd edition of the oktober franklin.
The owner and mixologist Diego AlvesRita, presents the drink bentinho, which takes Dom Casmurro Ipa beer, gold rum and Monin Maracujá. already the б Andrea Cruz developed the Dom Manezinho, which takes Dom Casmurro Ipa, Amburana cachaça, Underberg and orange juice. You Bartenders Pedro Neto and Crystian Vieira created the Bonaparte Bonaparte, made with Dom Napoleão Imperial Ipa beer, Umburana Cachaça and Boonekamp, in addition to witchbeer, which has Dom Napoleon Imperial Ipa, Campari and Cynar. All are exclusive and will only be available during this month.
Franklin Bar, located at Rua Tiradentes, 223, downtown, celebrated its first anniversary in June this year. The space that follows all safety guidelines and protocols, is also a house of Santa Catarina culture, even more so for the tribute it pays to the great Franklin Cascaes. The bar is open from Wednesday to Saturday, from 18 pm to midnight.
