After 28 years of gestation, the time has come to celebrate. The Hercílio Luz Bridge has finally reopened. And in the first Carnival after reopening, debuts the block Ponte Que Pariu, which mixes the tradition of fanfares, blocks and street Carnival with bands and DJs. There are 10 hours of partying, which starts with the block leaving the Hercílio Luz Bridge and ends at Parque da Luz, where there is a specially assembled structure.
