Ashtanga Yoga II – Permanent Course

The first series of Ashtanga II is considered by its creator Pattabhi Jois as Yogatherapy or Yoga Chiktsa for having a lot of forward bends of the body. The purpose of this class is to enable the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa as per tradition.

Sometimes the classes are guided and sometimes they are style Mysore, depending on the class. Recommended for those who know the Ashtanga Vinyasa because it is a vigorous class with a duration of 1h45.

The second series is characterized by spinal extensions, makes a gradual and progressive introduction in order to obtain new stimuli and new adaptations. It is recommended for those who have already practiced the first grade do Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
