In the style of aerial yoga, fabrics are used as an extension of the body. The practice, in addition to all the benefits of traditional yoga, is quite challenging and develops strength in the abdomen, core and upper limbs. Also ideal for people with herniated discs, as it promotes spacing and irrigation of the vertebrae.
