This is a practice with a smooth to moderate pace. It focuses on flexibility, stress reduction and alignment from the column axis. It helps to combat stress, producing a state of general well-being. Uses breathing, cleansing, relaxation and meditation initiation techniques. the teachers are Ana Cristina da Luz and Ana Luísa Meirelles.
