Hatha Yoga – Permanent Courses

Hatha Yoga it is the search for balance between the solar and lunar forces, respectively male and female; achieved through the union of the mind with the soul.

One of the characteristics of the Hatha Yoga it is mindfulness in action. That is, if you are doing an asana (physical posture) you must be fully present in all phases, which are: entry, permanence and exit. If you are practicing a pranayama (breathing exercise) you must be mindful of your breath.

The classes in Bia Vilela Dance Studio are taught by the teacher Monica Kukulka.
