Indicated for men and women of any age and stage of life who seek an energizing, centered practice that respects the principles of biological individuality, the practice is a method of Yoga which aims at the integral improvement of the individual, stimulating the cardiovascular system, strengthening the muscles, promoting postural realignment, as well as the exercise of breathing, concentration and physical-mental relaxation.

O Jayaprana takes into account in the planning of classes focused on the seasons and the relationship of the body systems with the chakras, revealing their influence on the psycho-physical-emotional balance of the human being. the practice of Jayaprana It has moderate to strong intensity, based on scientific research in the area of ​​exercise physiology that proves that moderate to intense physical exercises promote better metabolic adaptations, favoring biological strengthening and thus increasing the quality of life.

Classes are conducted in a gradual 3-step process: synchronizing movement with breathing based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga; postural alignment based on Iyengar Yoga to focus the mind on the present; and relaxation and/or meditation - to absorb the practice.
