LOT CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning training program, developed in the United States in 2000 by Greg Glassman, Called “Coach”. Glassman, who had been a gymnast as a teenager, combined gymnastic exercises, Olympic lifting movements and cyclic exercises (running, rope jumping, rowing ergometer…). The purpose of the method is to prepare its practitioners for “anything”. Prepare them for the unexpected, whether it's lifting something off the ground, running 10 kilometers or carrying groceries from the supermarket.

CrossFit It is not a specialized conditioning program, but a balanced way to improve the 10 physical capabilities of our body: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and precision.

A LOT CrossFit applies training, with an average duration of one hour, performing a warm-up, the technical part of the training and the “Workout of the Day”, known as WOD. This will be the task of the day regardless of your fitness level. The WOD may be adapted to meet the needs of each student. This part of the class will always be something different but it will challenge you every time you come to the BOX.
