O Shambala Spa promotes all Wednesdays e Fridays single classes of meditation. The exercise helps fight stress, providing bphysical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Classes are taught by the teacher Liza Rossi ou Carolina Young. No registration is required, interested parties can go directly to the meeting.
