Gurdjieff's Sacred Movements Course - Monthly

! - This event/schedule has already happened - !

George Ivanovich Gurdjieff was an Armenian mystic and spiritual teacher who brought to the West a model of esoteric knowledge and left a specific methodology for the development of consciousness. He developed a series of techniques that were quite effective and consistent with his theory, among them that of the Gurdjieffian Movements, which is similar to a dance that requires great willpower because of the difficulty in terms of balance, as it generates tensions voluntarily developed and applied in areas of the body, making a state of great concentration mandatory for the dancer. To these movements can be added other internal exercises such as mental exercises, visualizations, breathing rhythms, etc.
